CLEP College Composition tests college-level writing skills. Full exam: 50 MCQ (55 min) + 2 essays (70 min) = 125 minutes total. Passing earns 6 credits (~$2,400 savings). Content per CB: Conventions (10%), Revision Skills (40%), Source Materials (25%), Rhetorical Analysis (25%). Essays scored on 6-point scale by college faculty. MCQ + essay weighted equally.
