If we say you're 80%+ ready and you don't pass, you get your money back.

If PrepLion says you're 80%+ ready for your CLEP exam and you don't pass, we refund your qualifying purchase. No fine print, no hoops.

How to qualify

5 things — all reasonable, all tracked automatically inside the app:

A full refund in money — the qualifying purchase is refunded after we confirm the requirements. Processed within 5 business days.
One payout per customer — the refund is tied to the qualifying purchase and the submitted score report.

One email. We do the rest.

1. Email us within 30 days of your exam date, attaching your official CLEP score report.

2. Attach one thing: your official score report (screenshot of CollegeBoard.org or PDF).
3. We process within 5 business days. We confirm your eligibility against the criteria above (we already see your study-plan completion and mock-exam scores), then issue the refund.

One payout per customer. The guarantee pays out once — if you are prepping multiple exams, the refund applies to the single qualifying purchase, not to each exam.
Subscription must be active on the exam date. If you cancelled before the exam, the guarantee doesn't apply to that exam.
"Don't pass" means a CLEP score below 50 (the standard ACE-recommended credit-granting score).
One payout per customer. The refund applies once, to the qualifying purchase.
Good-faith standard. We don't demand third-party verification, audit logs, or anything else. If you completed the program and didn't pass, we trust you.
Fast Track purchases (one-time course-specific access) are eligible only if you completed ≥80% of the course material within the 90-day access window.
