What's on the exam

CLEP French Language tests the first two years of college French. Exam: ~121 questions, 90 minutes (3 sections). Passing earns 6 credits (Level 1, score 50) or 9 credits (Level 2, score 59). Content per CB: Listening Rejoinders (15%), Listening Dialogues (25%), Reading (60% — discrete sentences, cloze passages, comprehension). IMPORTANT: This exam includes 40% listening comprehension. PrepLion covers reading and grammar prep only — supplement with audio practice. Cognitive: 20% Recall, 50% Application, 30% Analysis.

Cognitive: 20% Recall, 50% Application, 30% Analysis.
